Refund policy


We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so if for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase and wish to return it to us, we will refund the price you paid for it. As we have formulated our products to synergise naturally with all skin types, a reaction is unlikely. However, if you have experienced a reaction, please let us know the details so we can help you find a solution for your skin condition. 

Please note: Due to the high concentration of organic ingredients, slight variations in colour, aroma and texture may occur between batches reflecting the uniqueness of each harvest.

To return a product, please click HERE to sign in and and submit your return request. 

We need to receive the return request before processing your refund or replacement. Our returns policy lasts for 30 days after purchase, however, we may still grant a refund or exchange in certain situations beyond 30 days.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist – and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.

Sale items: (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged goods: Please take a photo of the damaged parcel and goods and send this to us by email to within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel to enable us to claim postal insurance and replace your damaged goods.

For any supply errors or damaged goods, please notify Synthesis within 24 hours of receipt of goods by email at Photos of damaged goods/boxes must be included for insurance purposes. Synthesis will use reasonable efforts to process all returns within 21 days of receipt.
