We need to receive the product and Return Form before processing your refund or replacement and our money-back guarantee will only be adhered to if the product you are sending back is at least 90% full. Our returns policy lasts for 14 days after purchase, however, we may still grant a refund or exchange in certain situations beyond 14 days.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Sale items: (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged goods: Please take a photo of the damaged parcel and goods and send this to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel to enable us to claim postal insurance and replace your damaged goods.
