Theme Rains is the Founder, Formulator, and CEO of Synthesis Organics, a pioneering holistic skincare and wellness company creating bioenergetic, heart-led formulations and transformative spa experiences. With over 20 years of experience spanning skincare formulation, green chemistry, energy medicine, and integrative wellness, Theme bridges ancient wisdom with modern scientific innovation to support deeper connection, coherence, and wellbeing.

Her interdisciplinary training includes formal studies in Aromatherapy (Advanced Diploma), Herbalism, Energy Medicine, Psychotherapy & Counselling (London School of Natural Health Sciences, Distinction), along with earlier tertiary studies in Law, Arts, and Economics at the University of Sydney. This unique blend of scientific, therapeutic, and human-centred disciplines informs her integrative approach to product development and wellness education.

As lead formulator, Theme has developed numerous award-winning Certified Organic products, treatments, and spa rituals now offered in leading wellness sanctuaries and 5-star properties worldwide, including Four Seasons, Peninsula Hot Springs, and top eco-luxe retreats. She has also trained therapists, guided spa partners, and spearheaded Synthesis’s product R&D with an emphasis on purity, bioenergetic efficacy, and regenerative impact.

Her work has been featured in leading publications including Travel + Luxury (The Australian) and recognised across the wellness and clean beauty industries for its integrity and innovation.

A former Australian Ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, Theme is committed to empowering women to lead with heart, authenticity, and conscious purpose. She continues to research and teach on the role of coherence, frequency, and nature-derived intelligence in elevating personal and collective wellbeing.
