OUR RECYCLING PROGRAM
At Synthesis, we are dedicated to working towards environmental solutions that support a closed loop in the beauty industry. We source our materials and packaging from post-consumer recycled resources, always considering the Earth in our choices.
We are so pleased to provide a solution for hard-to-recycle beauty product packaging with our TerraCycle®️ Zero Waste Box™️

HOW TO RECYCLE
- Outer Paper Packaging - Recycle in your household paper recycling bin.
- Glass and 500ml PCR white plastic - Clean then recycle in your household plastic and glass bin. (Remove the caps/pumps/sprays)
- Pumps/caps/sprays and airless PCR packaging (e.g., Notox bottles) - Collect these to return to us - we recommend holding onto your original shipping box to return your packaging in. Once it’s full, get ready to send!
- Fill out the form below for your pre-paid return shipping label.
- Print your return shipping label and adhere it to your box of empty packaging.
- Drop off your postage box of empty packaging at your local Australia Post or at one of our stockists participating in our Zero Waste program (♻). We also welcome our local customers to drop off empty packaging at our Synthesis HQ in Byron Bay.
Once your empty packaging has been returned to us, it goes into our Zero Waste Box and is sent to TerraCycle to be sorted, processed, and turned into raw materials for new products.

Please recycle your 500mL PET bottles in your kerb-side recycling system
