Radiance Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

 

The following terms and conditions apply to the Synthesis Organics Radiance Rewards Program. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. General Overview

The Radiance Rewards Program allows customers to earn and redeem points, known as "Gold Drops", through purchases and selected engagement activities. Customers may also unlock additional benefits through our VIP tier system.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Radiance Rewards Program is open to customers with an active Synthesis Organics account. Customers must be logged into their account at the time of purchase or activity in order to earn or redeem Gold Drops.

3. Earning Gold Drops

Gold Drops can be earned through specific actions, including placing orders, engaging with the brand on social media, writing reviews, celebrating birthdays, and referring friends.

• The number of Gold Drops earned varies depending on the action taken.
• Gold Drops earned from purchases are calculated based on the total dollar value of the order.
• Level I: Engage and Level II: Elevate members earn 1 Gold Drop per $1 spent.
• Level III: Evolve members earn 2 Gold Drops per $1 spent.
• Gold Drops can be earned on subscription orders.
• Gold Drops may take up to 2 business days to appear in the customer’s account.

4. Redeeming Gold Drops

Gold Drops can be redeemed toward eligible purchases at a value of 20 Gold Drops = $1.

• A minimum of 200 Gold Drops is required to redeem rewards.
• A maximum of 1000 Gold Drops can be applied to a single order.
• Redeemed rewards are issued as a unique discount code through the Rewards Panel.
• Gold Drops can only be redeemed on one time product purchases.
• Gold Drops cannot be redeemed on subscription orders.
• Rewards may be used alongside eligible shipping benefits where applicable.

5. Gold Drops Expiry

Gold Drops expire 1 year from the date they are earned. Any unused Gold Drops will automatically expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.

6. Discount Expiry

Any discount code issued through the redemption of Gold Drops will expire 1 year from the date it is issued if unused.

7. Referral Program

Customers may participate in the referral program to earn additional rewards.

• Referring Customer: Receives 400 Gold Drops for each successful referral.
• Referred Friend: Receives 400 Gold Drops.
• Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer completes a valid purchase.
• If the referred order is cancelled or refunded, the referral reward may be removed.
• Referrals are valid only for new customers with no prior account, email entry, or guest checkout history.
• Synthesis Organics reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where misuse, self referral, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

8. VIP Tiers

The VIP program rewards customers based on their total spend during the current calendar year, from January 1 to December 31.

• Customers are automatically assigned to a VIP tier based on their eligible spend.
• A tier is achieved once the required spend threshold is met during the current calendar year.
• Each tier remains active for 1 year from the date it is achieved.
• Once a tier expires, the customer will be reassessed based on their total spend during the current calendar year at that time.
• Following reassessment, the customer may remain in the same tier, move to a different tier, or be upgraded to a higher tier based on eligible spend.

VIP Levels:

• Level I: Engage
  • Entry level tier for members beginning their Radiance Rewards journey.
  • Earn 1 Gold Drop per $1 spent.
  • Birthday reward: 200 Gold Drops.
  • Early access to promotions.
• Level II: Elevate
  • Achieved when a customer spends $500 within the current calendar year.
  • Earn 1 Gold Drop per $1 spent.
  • Entry reward: 50 bonus Gold Drops.
  • Birthday reward: 200 Gold Drops.
  • Free Australian domestic shipping.
  • Access to Radiance Rewards member only sales.
• Level III: Evolve
  • Achieved when a customer spends $1500 within the current calendar year.
  • Earn 2 Gold Drops per $1 spent.
  • Entry reward: 100 bonus Gold Drops.
  • Birthday reward: 200 Gold Drops.
  • Free domestic express shipping.
  • Early access to new products.
  • VIP invitations to exclusive events.

9. Exclusions and Limitations

• Gold Drops cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Gold Drops cannot be applied to subscription orders.
• Gold Drops cannot be applied to gift cards unless otherwise specified.
• Only one time products are eligible for rewards redemption.
• Rewards, including discount codes and shipping benefits, may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Synthesis Organics reserves the right to determine the eligibility of products, orders, and rewards at its discretion.

10. Adjustments and Corrections

Synthesis Organics reserves the right to adjust Gold Drops balances, tier status, or rewards where an order is cancelled, refunded, deemed invalid, or where Gold Drops or benefits were issued in error.

11. Program Modifications

Synthesis Organics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Radiance Rewards Program, including its terms, earning structure, tier benefits, expiry periods, and redemption options, at any time without prior notice.

12. Disputes and Inquiries

For any disputes or inquiries regarding the program, please contact our customer support team. Synthesis Organics reserves the right to review and resolve disputes at its sole discretion.
