Synthesis Organics is a multi-award winning, certified organic Australian bioenergic skincare brand. Named the most sustainable skincare brand in Australasia, we are based in the Byron Bay hinterland, where we create high-performance and elevated holistic products that are loved by our customers and used exclusively by some of the world’s leading luxury spas.
As part of our ongoing growth we’re now looking for a passionate Content Creator/Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to take charge of our social media content development.
Job Description:
- Drive our social media content creation, developing impactful and brand-aligned content that expands our organic reach and engagement
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify organic content and trends that can be developed into paid ad campaigns
- Contribute to delivery of broader marketing campaigns including influencer campaigns
Requirements:
- You’ll have relevant marketing or digital marketing qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in a Marketing Coordinator role with responsibilities focussed on social media and content creation
- Experience working with a high-end fashion, skincare or cosmetics brand will be highly regarded
- High proficiency with the Adobe suite and Canva
- Experience developing engaging, on-brand content
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
