Radiance Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the Synthesis Organics Radiance Rewards Program. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. General Overview
The Radiance Rewards Program allows customers to earn and redeem points, known as "Gold Drops," through purchases and engagement activities. Customers can also access exclusive benefits through our VIP tier system.
2. Earning Points
Gold Drops can be earned through specific actions, such as placing orders, engaging with the brand on social media, writing reviews, and celebrating birthdays.
- The number of Gold Drops earned varies depending on the action taken.
- Points for purchases are calculated based on the total dollar value of the order (1 Gold Drop per $1 spent).
- Gold Drops may take up to 2 business days to appear in the customer’s account.
3. Redeeming Points
Gold Drops can be redeemed toward purchases at a value of 20 Gold Drops = $1.
- A minimum of 200 Gold Drops is required to redeem rewards.
- A maximum of 2000 Gold Drops can be applied to a single order.
- Points can be redeemed on the entire order value and used alongside shipping discounts.
- Gold Drops cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes unless stated otherwise.
4. Points Expiry
Gold Drops expire 1 year (365 days) after being earned if no account activity occurs during this period.
5. Referral Program
Customers may participate in the referral program to earn additional rewards.
- Referring Customer: Receives $25 worth of Gold Drops (500 Gold Drops) for each successful referral.
- Referred Friend: Receives $25 off their first order when spending $100 or more.
- Referral rewards expire 1 year after issuance.
- Referrals are valid only for new customers with no prior account, email entry, or guest checkout history.
6. VIP Tiers
The VIP program rewards customers based on their total annual spend within the calendar year.
- Eligibility: Customers are automatically assigned to a VIP tier based on spending.
- Tier Validity: Customers have one calendar year to achieve and retain VIP tier status.
- Level 1: Engage (Less than $500 spent annually)
- Birthday reward: 200 Gold Drops
- Level 2: Elevate ($500+ spent annually)
- Free standard AU shipping (to the value of $13 on one order)
- Birthday reward: 400 Gold Drops
- Exclusive access to promotions and sales
- Level 3: Evolve ($1500+ spent annually)
- Free express AU shipping (to the value of $16 on one order)
- Birthday reward: 1000 Gold Drops
- Early access to new products, trials, and exclusive events
7. Exclusions and Limitations
- Gold Drops cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
- Referral rewards are not applicable for customers who already have an account or an email associated with their name.
- Gold Drops cannot be applied to gift cards unless otherwise specified.
- Rewards, including shipping benefits, cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
8. Program Modifications
Synthesis Organics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Radiance Rewards Program, including its terms, earning structure, and redemption options, at any time without prior notice.
9. Disputes and Inquiries
For any disputes or inquiries regarding the program, please contact our customer support team. Synthesis Organics reserves the right to review and resolve disputes at its sole discretion.
