Sweet Orange — Nature's antidepressant. Lessens self-doubt, prompts feelings of cheerfulness and creativity. Most known for its uplifting and calming scent — said to inspire joy, creativity and happiness. Ideal when creating warm, joyful spaces.

Diffuse — Add 3–5 drops per 90ml of water in your diffuser and let the therapeutic aroma fill the atmosphere.

Perfume — Apply 1–2 drops to your scarf or the inside of your shirt. As this blend contains cold-pressed Sweet Orange, we recommend applying to clothing or skin in the evening or after sun exposure rather than before — sweet orange is at its best away from direct sunlight. Bergamot in this blend is already bergaptene-free for your peace of mind.

Massage — 10 drops per 20ml of carrier oil. Warm between the palms and massage into freshly cleansed skin using long, flowing strokes toward the heart until fully absorbed.

Facial Massage — 1–2 drops per 5ml of facial oil. Warm between the palms and massage into freshly cleansed face, neck and décolletage until absorbed.

Sauna & Steam — Add 4–6 drops to a ladle of water and pour slowly over hot rocks. The sandalwood and bergamot open first; lavender and rose geranium deepen as the heat builds. A single pour is enough — heat amplifies everything.

Gua Sha — Add 1–2 drops to 1 tsp of jojoba oil and apply to face and neck before strokes. The rose geranium actively supports lymphatic drainage; frankincense and sandalwood are deeply regenerative on warm, open skin.

Bathing — Add 5 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil, add to bath water, agitate the surface and immerse.

Face Masks — Add 1–2 drops to 1 tsp of carrier oil and dab onto the outside of your face mask.

Inhale — Breathe directly from the bottle for a few seconds throughout the day for an instant moment of calm.

Store below 30°C and away from direct sunlight. Patch test before first use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
