Due to our increasingly busy lives, many of us don't optimise that precious five or ten minutes in the morning and evening to make ourselves look and feel good while in the midst of a mad dash or ready to collapse into bed.
We recommend following a simple daily routine (such as the one below) and combining meditative feeling with aromatherapeutic products to improve the quality (not quantity) of your self care. Be in the present moment and focus entirely on you and your own being. Step 1 – BREW YOURSELF A CUP OF HERBAL TEA
Start by infusing yourself a pot of cleansing herbal tea to sip from the moment you wake or as you prepare for bed. Close your eyes, put both hands on your heart chakra, and take several deep breaths, feeling the pulse of the life-current through your whole being. This is your moment to receive, nurture yourself, and to care for the radiance of your beauty, within and without.
Step 2 – AROMATIC CENTERING AND BALANCING
Mist your space and aura with a cleansing Aura Cleansing Mist to help create a sense of sanctuary. Roll a diluted aromatherapy blend of choice onto the centre of each palm, then hold palms together at your heart chakra and feel the essential oils combine with your body’s chemistry.
