This is a part time position at 4 hours, 5 days per week, based at our organic lab and production facility in Byron Bay. 

Purpose of role

To support and assist the dynamic production and warehouse team at Synthesis Organics. 

Main duties and responsibilities

Core objectives include: 

  • Following instructions and guidance to support all aspects of warehouse, dispatch, and production operations, such as:
    • bottling / labelling products
    • stocking shelves and moving ingredients around as needed
  • Following instructions from dispatch manager for:
    • unpacking boxes from courier trucks
    • carrying large boxes to the car for post runs

The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Other duties

Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.



  • On-the-job training provided. 


  • Working in a production environment, manual labour.
